I photograph the space between people, objects and memory.

I trained as an architect in Porto before turning to photography full time in 2015. That background still shapes how I work: I look for structure first, then wait for light and people to move through it.

My time is split between editorial assignments, architecture commissions and long personal series that sometimes take years to finish. I shoot on digital for commissions and on medium-format film for my own projects.
